This is an update to the review below. The crew sent out to do the roof on my cousin’s house was professional on time and did outstanding work. This was roof and gutter work and a repair of the chimney that they noticed during the inspection that we had not noticed. They took care of all of the problems at a reasonable cost and in a reasonable amount of time. Once again thanks guys.The crew Jesse sent out was here on time every day. They installed new siding and trim on the house. They put new trim on the barn to match the house. They were very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The workmanship is wonderful.This is the second job we have had done by them. I will go to them for any future work that we need.

We used Modern Xterior Improvement (aka The Modern Pros) to handle several of our exterior home improvements (vinyl siding, shutters & gutters). They were very professional, reasonably priced and on schedule. We had a different company install a new roof and shingles to eliminate a water issue in our garage before we used Modern Xterior. Needless to say, our garage ceiling still had water issues. Jesse (the owner) and several of his top guys came out to investigate. They were able to determine the cause and fix this headache we had for several years. They are the BEST!!!

From start to finish was very pleasant to work with. Schedule around my time and throughout the process kept me informed up to date. I did about five quotes they were one of the two most reasonable ones and I’m very happy with the results. I had them do a full roof installation and gutter install

We had new siding, and gutters installed on our house in April 2022. Additionally, they removed the bathroom window, which was in the middle of the shower, and framed it out in order for me to tile over it on the inside, and for them to put siding over it on the outside. Every interaction we had with the company was positive. From the salesman, to the office staff, to the installers every interaction was positive.After contracting with them, I had several phone conversations with them about color changes that my wife wanted, and they were always willing to accommodate us, and make the requested changes. There was a slight misunderstanding about the bathroom window on the day they showed up to begin the job but a phone call to the office quickly resolved the issue, and things progressed as planned.The workers were polite, and they treated our property with care & respect. Once the job was complete, they walked the perimeter of our house and garage with magnets to pick up loose pieces of metal, and any other debris that was laying around. Overall, their cleanup was on point.We’ve received a number of compliments from our neighbors on the work that was completed, and one of our neighbors contracted with Modern Xterior/The Modern Pros as a result of the work they did on our house. It’s now been a year since the work was completed, and everything is holding together nicely, and still looks great!We certainly recommend Modern Xterior/The Modern Pros for home repairs & improvements.

As a woman with contractors being in my home is hard to deal with but these guys not only went out of their way to make things beyond perfect they also made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. Let me say their work is above expectations! I have a showroom bathroom that you would expect to only dream about. Their attention to detail is undeniably perfection! Pictures soon to come

Nothing but good things to say about the Modern Pros. The process from beginning to end was great. Upon the day of the job, their team showed up and rocked it out in a timely manner. They addressed some issues we were aware of, and discovered some along the way, and handled it. Very thankful for that. When done and gone, there was no sign of them being here, other then the fact that we had a new roof. Excellent clean up. I would highly recommend The Modern Pros for any construction work that is in their wheelhouse.

The entire experience from talking with the sales rep, being kept up to date on scheduling to the completion of the project was terrific. The price was reasonable. The crews (roof and gutter) assigned to the project were hard working, efficient and professional. I’m very happy with the Modern Pros.

Modern Pros is very professional. We called about some rot in the wood trim on the exterior of our newly purchased home. Todd came out and gave us a quote. Other companies wouldn’t even help us because the job was too small. Lucky us though because as Christian was replacing a board on the back side of our house he noticed that we had extensive damage to the boards under the siding. Water was pouring down under the siding rotting it because the builder didn’t construct things properly and neglected to use a vapor barrier. Because of Christian’s amazing work ethic he explained to me what happened and what needed to be done. So he called Todd, who was on vacation, to get him to come and give me a quote ASAP because the side of the house was exposed and it was supposed to storm the next day. Todd graciously came out that day! The work they did was excellent! They have a customer for life!

I got estimates from a few companies (or at the least) tried. Some didn’t show up. Some were expensive. Some told me they were too busy to come out. One of those companies came out and was very professional. My sales guy, Rob, was so accommodating. It didn’t stop there. The project manager, coordinator, the receptionist, AND the work crews…fantastic. Everything was checked and double checked. I am picky and I periodically watched what they did. Did I say detailed workmanship? Yup! They would even make it a point to explain how they were making sure everything was covered. I had windows and gutters installed and a overflow problem repaired from the roof to the gutter. It turns out the previous owner hired a lousy roofer who shortcut the job. Modern fixed it. They offer warranties and back up there work.I can’t say enough good things about Modern Xterior Improvements.

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the workmanship and product we received. We had a Velux sun tube with an optional electric bulb light attached. This product provides much needed light in a dark hallway. We should have done it sooner. Modern Pro Exteriors did an excellent job and they were very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Jesse, James, and their team did an absolutely phenomenal job on our roof! We hired them to replace the roof on our home and garage as well as our gutters. All the roofing was complete in a single day, and the gutters were quickly replaced thereafter. We couldn’t be happier with the promptness and quality of the work done! The entire experience was friendly and professional and we will definitely recommend their services to anyone we know looking for improvement or renovations on their home!

Hired Modern Xterior to install new gutters and replace my old fascia boards. They were fast, efficient, affordable (especially compared to several competitors), and the gutters are great. Months later, I had a small issue with water getting behind my siding (not related to the new gutters). They offered to come out try a quick fix for the issue at a very low charge. The fix helped, but did not completely solve the problem. When I told them this, owner Jesse came out and did a deeper diagnosis on the issue, then scheduled to have a full repair done – yet again, at a very reasonable price. This time he didn’t charge me until it rained several times to confirm that the fix completely solved the issue. Jesse and Cory (who did most of the siding work mentioned above) are very nice and explained everything to me, showing me what the problems were beforehand, showing me pictures of what they did while working, and then showing me the completed product and explained how it solved the issue. I will be sure to take any of my future roofing/siding business to these guys.

Had Siding over my garage and rotting wood replaced on back of home. The dropped off dumpster day before so when crew showed up early they were ready to work. Jesse did an amazing job and went above and beyond to help me with insurance claims when a tree fell on my house. He and his team provided quick and meticulous work on my new roof, gutters, and siding! The clean up was more than I had expected as well. He even got me in contact with other contractors to fix my window and air conditioner. I would highly recommend Modern Xterior to fix problems, and make your house look fabulous!

The gutters are good just need to get gutter guards now. Its incredibly difficult to get ahold of someone if you have questions about the work or want additional services. Otherwise i would have given them 5 stars.

Had my garage roof completely redone from wood to shingles. These guys are great! Reasonable price and excellent quality workmanship and service! Crew showed up on time and worked hard and got it done in one day. The new roof had a good test drive with the drenching rain yesterday morning and happy to report no leaks and a dry garage. I had experienced many roofing companies, but none made me feel comfortable UNTIL! I connected with the people from MODERN XTERIOR.Everyone one from beginning to end (the receptionist to the people who came and put on the new roof) were cooperative, easy to talk to and professional.Todd was my first contact with the company and right from the beginning I knew I was in good hands. Everything was explained in a way that I could understand. They went out of their way to help me with the adjuster on my insurance claim. Expenses were quoted at the beginning and there where no surprises at the end. I can’t believe they worked in this cold weather and finished my roof in 2 (two) days AND IT LOOKS GREAT! Everything happened on time just as Jim said, down to the final walk through. They just took away all the stress.I will, and have, recommended Modern Xterior to anyone who needs a new roof.
