The Modern Pros were recently hired to modernize the exterior of this home in Commerce Township Michigan. We started by demolishing the existing structure on the home and then installing an brand new 25’x17′ gable overhang with cathedral ceiling, engineered LVL beams for headers. The roof featured skylights and was finished with New Certainteed Landmark – Heather Blend shingles.
